Thanks Patrick Geddes for the circular detailing Geddes' proposal for Student Residence Halls inter-library loans and for the copies of Geddes' publications on the subject. Informs Geddes their student residency library is well equipped, however the residents support any scheme that Geddes would suggest for the circulation of books, magazines and other materials between various Student Residency Halls.
