Rectangular, gold-tone medal and original presentation case, awarded to the British Culinary Team at the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (International Culinary Arts Exhibition) in Frankfurt, 1964. All the team members were staff of the Scottish Hotel School. The back of the medal contains the following inscription:
'THE BRITISH CULINARY TEAM 1964 [,] CHEF D'EQUIPE: E. RENOLD; TEAM: R.J. CLACY, I.T. MARSHALL, G. SINCLAIR; TEAM MANAGER: JOHN FULLER'.
Manufactured by E.F. Wiedmann, Frankfurt Am Mein.

Group photograph of the Scottish Hotel School class of 1958-1961, pictured with teaching staff outside the front entrance at Ross Hall. This was the first occasion when Hotel School diplomates were presented in academic dress at the Scottish College of Commerce graduation ceremony. With key of names on the reverse of the mount.

Letter from John C. Moffat, Dunkeld, to the Editor of the Scottish Hotel School Newsletter, Glasgow, 4 September 2002. The letter describes Mr Moffat's training at the Scottish Hotel School from 1946-1948 and his subsequent career and hotel experience. Enclosed with the letter are copies of Mr Moffat's Scottish Hotel School Diploma and his certificate of election as a Full Member of the Hotel and Catering Institute, 1951.

Photocopies of two menus for the Scottish Hotel School students' Christmas meal at Ross Hall, 1951 and 1952, made from originals belonging to former student, Alistair Gardner. Both menus were designed and hand-drawn by another student, Colin MacLean. The menu for 1951 is reproduced in the Scottish Hotel School Former Students' Association Newsletter for January-March 2000.

Copy of the Scottish Hotel School prospectus, annotated on the front cover 'George Parker [,] 1950'. The inside front and back covers contain the autographs of 23 of Parker's fellow students. Enclosed with the prospectus is a Scottish Hotel School menu card dated 24 October 1950, and a programme for the Glasgow and West of Scotland Commercial College presentation of diplomas and prizes for session 1950-1951, held on 1 December 1951.
