Rectangular, gold-tone medal and original presentation case, awarded to the British Culinary Team at the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (International Culinary Arts Exhibition) in Frankfurt, 1964. All the team members were staff of the Scottish Hotel School. The back of the medal contains the following inscription:
'THE BRITISH CULINARY TEAM 1964 [,] CHEF D'EQUIPE: E. RENOLD; TEAM: R.J. CLACY, I.T. MARSHALL, G. SINCLAIR; TEAM MANAGER: JOHN FULLER'.

Letter from John C. Moffat, Dunkeld, to the Editor of the Scottish Hotel School Newsletter, Glasgow, 4 September 2002. The letter describes Mr Moffat's training at the Scottish Hotel School from 1946-1948 and his subsequent career and hotel experience. Enclosed with the letter are copies of Mr Moffat's Scottish Hotel School Diploma and his certificate of election as a Full Member of the Hotel and Catering Institute, 1951.
