Historique
Robertson Research International Ltd was registered in February 1970 to provide independent research and consultancy services in the field of earth sciences. It was closely associated with Robertson Research Company Ltd.
In 1975, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the newly formed Robertson Research Holdings Ltd, the new controlling organisation of the Robertson Research Group. Robertson Research International Ltd now became the focal centre of the Group, providing technical, operational and financial management for all the Group's member companies and co-ordinating its petroleum, minerals, survey and engineering services both at home and overseas.
In 1995, Robertson Research International Ltd changed its name to Simon Llandudno 1994 Ltd. In 1996, it changed its name again, to RBLC (No.1) 1994 Ltd. The company was dissolved in about 2004.
