Administrative history

The Alumni Relations Office was created in 1986 to form a common boundary between the students, staff and alumni of the University of Strathclyde, the Royal College of Science and Technology, the Royal Technical College and the Scottish College of Commerce.

In 1994, it was replaced by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office.

'Anderson' registers for his first term as a Strathclyder in the Assembly Hall. 'Anderson' sits amongst other students waiting to register. On top of his lion costume, 'Anderson' wears a University of Strathclyde t-shirt and scarf, academic robe and mortar board, gloves and sunglasses. He sits cross-legged, with his hands resting on the shoulders of the female students on either side of him.
