Donated by I-Document Systems in 2002.

Scope and content

Collection of around 500 items relating to new towns in Britain and internationally. The material mostly dates from the 1920s until the present and includes reports, town plans and planning proposals, and maps. The collection also includes archival material relating to new towns in Scotland, with particular emphasis on Livingston.
