Advises that he has studied Mr MacDonald's report in relation tot he financial management of the Glasgow International Assembly 1901 and expresses his opinion that Geddes is right to claim the sum of £958.19 and not any less as offered by Mr Lawrie Brown. Commentary on the conduct of Patrick Geddes and his Assembly Committee and officers, with reference to Mr. Sayer and Mr. McGegan.
