Forwarding a letter to Patrick Geddes from [ ] regarding the Alumium company, in which the feelings of the majority of the Inverness people are described in relation to the Falls of Foyers. Mention of Mr Peter, discussing Geddes's plans to inverview members of the [British Aluminium] company regarding the construction of a workers' village at Foyers. Burton advised Geddes that she is disinclined to involve newspapers and asserts that no one has any control over the British Aluminium Company. Note regarding Lord Lovat to get £11,700 for Killin Lodge, plans for a wheel, pipes and diversion of Foyers river. Mention of Donald McDonnell, forester, and Mr [Fountain] Walker and getting salmon up the river. [Incomplete].
