Scope and content

Hopes Patrick Geddes will receive enough support to hold a series of performances of the ‘Masque of Learning’ for schools and colleges in London. Believes such performances would be highly valuable for pupils, enabling them to gain a broad outlook on history. Suggests an illustrated booklet on the Masque would be a good souvenir of the performance, and could be used for reading in schools and prove a selling success.
Encloses a letter [extant] from A. M. Chanings, London City Council, stating the Council is also interested and would give its support for the Masque.
