    Sends Patrick Geddes two letters from Henry Beveridge, one letter from Mr. Slater and one from Mr. Rawle. Discusses the construction works of the Chelsea rooms. Mentions Mr. Archibald and Professor John Edward Aloysius Steggall. Asks Geddes when would be convenient to have a Directors’ Meeting and points out an error Geddes had made in recording transactions.

    Discusses the design of the Chelsea Hall and its intended future purpose for the Crosby Hall Current Events Club. Wishes to meet Patrick Geddes and Mr Hodges to discuss the matter further. Includes a plan of the Hall as envisaged by the Club members.
