Correspondence and papers relating to a funding bid to the Upper Lee Valley Partnership’s Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Funded Programme, which relied on support from the European Regional Development Fund. Includes copy of OEDA's component of the SRB application, also copy of a separate application to the Department of the Environment for support under the Environmental Action Fund, minutes of meetings of the Enfield & Haringey Urban Regeneration Forum 1994-1995.
It is not quite clear whether OEDA applied for £ 30,000 or for £ 22,000.

Instead of the funds to cover the shortfall, OEDA received a grant for a two day diagnostic to review the organisation's needs. Includes a copy of the diagnostic report.
