Programme for the Allan Glen's Old Boys' Club (London) Annual Dinner, held at the Grosvenor Hotel, London on 20 March 1953. The event commemorated the centenary of the school and the 21st anniversary of the London branch of the Old Boys' Club.
Photograph of a specially commissioned chairman's wooden gavel in a presentation case. One side of the gavel's head bears the crest of the City of Glasgow and the other shows the crest of the City of London; the words 'ALLAN GLEN'S (GLASGOW) OLD BOYS' CLUB (LONDON)' are carved upon the shaft. Also a newspaper clipping of the photograph as published in The Bulletin. The gavel was presented by Andrew Jardine to the Allan Glen's Old Boys' Club (London) at its Annual Dinner on 20 March 1953. The dinner commemorated the centenary of Allan Glen's School and the 21st anniversary of the London branch of the Allan Glen's Old Boys' Club.
