Files for students taking the MSc/Postgraduate Diploma in Tourism and the MSc/Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management at the Institute of Training, Research and Operational Consultancy for Tourism (INSTROCT) in Tehran, Iran. The Scottish Hotel School worked in partnership with INSTROCT to provide both courses.

Part-time classes offered at the Scottish Hotel School were only available to people at management and supervisory levels in the hotel-keeping and catering industries.
