Signed copy of the report of the Commissioners appointed by the King to enquire into the policy, governance and discipline of Glasgow University. The report laid down the laws, rules, statutes and constitution to be obeyed by the University in the future and criticised the University for failing to obey a previous Royal Visitation report.
