Jordanhill College of Education scarf; Jordanhill College of Education Needlework Department student workbook.

Printed workbook for first-year Primary Diploma students, with pages left for notes and stitching diagrams to be added by the students. These pages have been completed in pencil and ink. The inside front cover is annotated in ink: 'Elizabeth Swan [Section] E9'. Tucked inside the back cover is a typewritten page entitled 'Suggestions for scheme of work in needlework for the primary school.'

The scarf has a royal blue background with two thin stripes of red and white running down the centre. An embroidered badge with the College crest has been sewn on to the front.
