His intention is to gather an international team of town-planners to help reconstruct the destroyed cities of Belgium after military attacks. Mentions A. Francis, the Head of Local and Municipal Departments for the Presidency of Madras.

Explains the course of action taken to save the Town and Gown Association. Refers to the summary of expenses drawn by Whitson & Methuen, Chartered Accountants.

Encloses copies of the first circular of the Masque. Asks recipients to distribute them to persons who are likely to take part, as there are still many vacancies for performers. 4 copies.

Patrick Geddes asks why the Mercat Press books did not arrive on time and advises that unless they are delivered that day to the London University Imperial Institute they will be useless.

Discusses the proposed Northern College.
