Includes:

  • excerpts from it with SPAID annotations; these in multiple copies, suggesting that they were distributed either within the SPAID officer and/or among the organisation's network

Further includes covering letter from Michael O'Connor, legal Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, announcing 'the following documents by T&N show the relationship between T&N and Dr K.
