Proposes two motions related to Business Committees, encloses a ‘Sociological Society’ Abstract [not extant], the ‘Town Planning Paper’ related to the Outlook Tower [not extant] as proof. Mentions martin White, Victor Verasis Branford, Professor Crum Brown.
