Minutes of meetings of the Scottish Hotel School Committee of Management and the Scottish Hotel School Executive Committee (formed in 1948 and directly responsible to the Committee of Management) for the period 22 April 1948 - 17 August 1949. Several of the minutes are signed by the Chairman, Professor Mellanby. Copies of most of them appear in a bound volume of minutes of the Glasgow and West of Scotland Commercial College for January 1948 - August 1949 (OH/2/1/17) - the minutes concerned are marked accordingly with page references to the bound volume.

A successor to previous student publications, the Ross Hall Times and the Spatule, the Scottish Hotel School Students' Journal was established in 1961 and renamed the Strathclyde Hotelier in 1965. It was produced by the students as a year book of the Scottish Hotel School, but was also used by them as a means of contacting former students and of helping to get themselves recognised within the hotel and tourism industry.

Files for students taking the MSc/Postgraduate Diploma in Tourism and the MSc/Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management at the Institute of Training, Research and Operational Consultancy for Tourism (INSTROCT) in Tehran, Iran. The Scottish Hotel School worked in partnership with INSTROCT to provide both courses.
Synopsis, programme and list of participants for the Tourism Society's discussion meeting on the topic of 'Looking after the visitor - can Scotland learn from Disney?' The meeting was sponsored and hosted by the Scottish Hotel School on Wednesday 25 October 1989.
'Tourism: state of the art II' conference dinner menu. The conference took place at the University of Strathclyde and was organised to mark the 60th anniversary of the Scottish Hotel School. The conference dinner was held at the Hilton hotel, Glasgow, on 29 June 2004.
Leaflet produced by the Scottish Heads of Advanced Catering/Hospitality Education (SHACE), an organisation that comprised the Heads of Hotel Schools in all Scottish university level institutions and the Head of Hotel School in Scotland's largest specialist college of further education for food and hospitality.
