Acknowledges note from Anna Geddes, advises that she has spoken with Mr and Mrs Kitchen, Mr Kitchen being the editor of the Herald newspaper. In regard to the planning and staging of a Town Planning Exhibition at Glasgow, Anna Geddes is advised to approach Glasgow Town Council after the opening of the Glasgow International Exhibition. Discusses plans for one of the exhibition buildings, including an anti-smoke exhibition. Suggests contacting Mr Thomas Dunlop, convenor of Glasgow Town Council Parks Committee, and thereafter the Lord Provost.

With reference to Edmund Wilson, 'prime mover in the foundation of the Leeds Industrial Dwellings Co. Ltd.' Marr gives details of aims of Company and asks for a published account of Town and Gown Association operations as he feels that this would be invaluable to the work in Leeds. Asks Patrick Geddes to write if he is free, if not to write to J. Arthur Thomson or Victor Branford and ask them to do so.
