Asks that his acquisition of a site east of Short's Observatory be not opposed as it is essential for this 'Historical Museum'. He outlines conditions on every conveyance upon Ramsay Garden property, question of valuation etc. Also references to Educational Trust Building, Town and Gown Association Ltd., Ramsay Lodge and Ramsay Garden.
