John Ross reminds Patrick Geddes to send him a note of the County Councils who were sympathetic to the re-erection of Crosby Hall. He also reminds Geddes to bring a letter stating his view towards the payment of the Warden. Mentions Brady, Grove and John Burns.

Acknowledges receiving Patrick Geddes’ telegram of the same day regarding More's Garden. Mentions McCandlish's efforts in negotiating successfully with some of his acquaintances in order to secure investments.

2. Enclosed draft memorandum concerning the University Hall of Residence, Mores Garden, Chelsea and Crosby Hall, Chelsea, detailing eligibility, facilities and accommodation capacity. Highlights the need for a new adjoining building at Crosby Hall to accommodate more students and the costs involved for such a scheme.

3. Enclosed copy letter from Noel P.W. Brady, London, to John Ross, London, 27 April 1911.
   Acknowledges receipt of John Ross’ letter of the 25th of April and its enclosure. Disagrees with the eligibility criteria and believes the projected amount needed for the design of an adjoining building at Crosby Hall is unrealistic. Mentions John Burns.
