Reference to International Syndicate and its arrangements; the growing popularity of the Current Events Clubs and the possibility of promoting the Tower Classification; Patrick Geddes's Scheme of 'an Outlook Tower bookcase'. Mentions [John] Ross's work at the Passmore Edwards. Marr suggests application of idea with newspaper cuttings and notes on current events being produced for libraries and schools. Possibility of arrangements with Educational Supply Association, Messrs. Nelson, publishers, and the Library Bureau, in order to create reference tool for librarians and libraries. Includes sketch by T.R. Marr of proposed bookcase.
