Rectangular, gold-tone medal and original presentation case, awarded to the British Culinary Team at the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (International Culinary Arts Exhibition) in Frankfurt, 1964. All the team members were staff of the Scottish Hotel School. The back of the medal contains the following inscription:
'THE BRITISH CULINARY TEAM 1964 [,] CHEF D'EQUIPE: E. RENOLD; TEAM: R.J. CLACY, I.T. MARSHALL, G. SINCLAIR; TEAM MANAGER: JOHN FULLER'.
