Chronological outline of decisions taken regarding the Scottish Hotel School by the Glasgow and West of Scotland Commercial College and the General Committee of Management during the period 1944-1953.
Divided into the following sections: Scottish Hotel School weekly wages control account, April 1953-April 1954; janitorial staff weekly wages control account, April 1954-January 1955; cleaning staff weekly wages control account, April 1953-March 1955; office staff weekly wages control account, April 1953-April 1955. There then follow individual details of weekly wages and income tax for each named member of staff.
Written in response to a letter from Frank Burnet & Boston of 12 October 1954, detailing the probable costs of extension works to the Scottish Hotel School at Ross Hall and incorporating a brief report on the roofs of the building.

Enclosed with the volume is a separate, one-page document detailing the amounts paid from the current account, and the amounts paid from the Scottish Hotel School capital account due by the Glasgow and West of Scotland Commercial College, from November 1948 - November 1949.

With original index. Includes copies of the Scottish Hotel School student regulations dating from 1951, 1952 and 1953.
Item 29 in the index - copy of letter from the Scotch Education Department regarding capital expenditure and enclosing vouchers, 8 February 1951 - is missing from the folder.
Includes a copy of the draft report on an enquiry into discipline at the Hotel School, which discusses the roles and responsibilities of Monsieur and Madame Dutron (see OF/26/1/5).
Records the date of each visit and the signature and address of each visitor. Entries date from 28 September 1949 to 13 January 1955, and from 23 January 1961 to 20 October 1962. Only the first five pages of the volume are used.
