Ross and Connell advise they have been instructed by Beveridge to ask for the repayment of the loan he had given the Town and Gown Association, plus the incurred interest. In reply, Whitson and Methuen advise a Meeting of Directors of the Town and Gown Association is necessary to discuss the matter before giving a definite reply. Patrick Geddes’ handwritten comments in ink on the last page refer to the above correspondence.

Addresses all the issues raised by Steggall regarding the University Halls annual report, such as embellishment expenses, arrears, repair expenses as a result of the destruction of furniture within the five houses comprised by the University halls, management and legal expenses, the unprofitable Chelsea Scheme.
