Marr lists necessary tasks to be carried out in London and Paris. Stresses necessity of 'draft prospectus' being finished. Reference to 'The British and American Assembly' being 'a big thing - big enough to frighten us'. In Marr's view, there is a need for Patrick Geddes to be aware of 'a distinct recognition of our own limitations'. Reference to [John] Ross.

Mentions [John] Ross's work at the Passmore Edwards. Marr suggests application of idea with newspaper cuttings and notes on current events being produced for libraries and schools. Possibility of arrangements with Educational Supply Association, Messrs. Nelson, publishers, and the Library Bureau, in order to create reference tool for librarians and libraries. Includes sketch by T.R. Marr of proposed bookcase.
