Information leaflet for an international conference held at the University of Strathclyde from 11-14 July 1994. The conference was organised to mark the 50th anniversary of the Scottish Hotel School and the 25th anniversary of the Scottish Tourist Board.

There then follow individual details of weekly wages and income tax for each named member of staff.
