Whitson's handling of Town and Gown Association Affairs: 'largely thanks to yourself Whitson has lost just perspective, has an exaggerated (indeed insolent) importance in his own eyes'. Previous problems regarding Rhodes Scholars (mentioning Sir Alfred Ewing and [ ] Gilmour) for which he blames Whitson and urges that Whitson and John Ross should be sacked. Financial difficulties regarding purchase of the contents of the Outlook Tower.
