Mention of Lord Lister as proposed Vice-President of Association in Paris, and Lord Kelvin in Glasgow, 1901. Reference to appointment of Léon Bourgeois as President of Paris Assembly. Ross quotes Sir Archibald Geikie's opinion that Patrick Geddes should be appointed Secretary, 'with of course Mr. Marr'. Refers to Homes' drawing of Camera.
