Believes the new changes in the Education Code encompass all types of outdoor study, not just Nature Study. Offers his help with historical and geographical courses, although with some reservations as he is not a naturalist. Mentions Robert Smith and Grinling.

Possibility of arrangements with Educational Supply Association, Messrs. Nelson, publishers, and the Library Bureau, in order to create reference tool for librarians and libraries.
