Thanks Patrick Geddes for his letter dated 13 June. Discusses the financial requirements of turning the Outlook Tower into a Geographical Institute. Believes the new changes in the Education Code encompass all types of outdoor study, not just Nature Study. Offers his help with historical and geographical courses, although with some reservations as he is not a naturalist. Mentions Robert Smith and Grinling.
