Prospectuses for undergraduate, postgraduate and part-time courses at the Scottish Hotel School.
The Diploma in Hotel Management was first offered in 1944 as a two-year course. From 1957 it was extended to three years. A new BA degree course was offered alongside the Diploma course in 1965. The final cohort of entrants to the Diploma course started in October 1966 and recruitment then closed, with only the BA course available thereafter.
Record of summer and winter work placements in hotels for students on the Diploma in Hotel Management and BA in Hotel and Catering Management courses. The volume contains each student's name, home address, the name(s) of the hotel(s) in which they worked, and their final course result.
