Informal photographs of students studying for qualifications at the Institute of Training, Research and Operational Consultancy for Tourism (INSTROCT) in Tehran, Iran. The courses at INSTROCT were delivered in partnership with the Scottish Hotel School. The photographs include groups of students working in the classroom and the computer laboratory, various images of students at social occasions, views of local heritage sites, and a view of the entrance to the Royal Tehran Hilton hotel. Some of the photographs have been glued together to form panoramas.

Two survey forms devised by Professor Udo Schlentrich and [Senior Lecturer] Anthony V. Seaton of the Scottish Hotel School for a study on the family vacation choices of international holidaymakers. One form was designed to be completed by parents, and the other by children.

Photographs of student prize winners for the Introduction to Beverage Management class. Nine of the photographs show individual students being presented with their prize by the head of department, Professor Tom Baum (pictured standing to the left of the student), and a representative of the sponsoring company (pictured standing on the right of the student). The tenth photograph is a group shot of all the winners.
