Acknowledges receipt of telegram and circulars in relation to International Exposition at Paris, 1900 and the International Assembly. Expresses his disappointment at the late notice of the Paris scheme to British Association members, mentions Mr Griffith's reluctant consent to distribute circulars. Expresses further disappointment at the failure to present the British Association with an account of the 'ecole' and on receiving late advice that Professor Mavor will not be present at the meeting.
